Free use of clause language for individual contracts

The text of Drafter’s Choice clauses can be mixed, matched, and edited for use in specific individual contracts for free (but of course should not be relied on as a substitute for legal advice). Read more here about the reasoning behind this.

Free use of Web site during testing period

Use of the Drafter’s Choice Web site per se is free during the testing period. After the testing period, some functionality of the site likely will be reserved for a premium offering.

All other rights are reserved

For example, use of Drafter’s Choice language in any kind of document-assembly system would require a separate license.

Corporate & law-firm users

Your organization’s standard documents can be quickly turned into clause libraries and hosted privately on the Drafter’s Choice Web site, or alternatively, on your organization’s own intranet site. For more information, please contact the author (see the About page in the menu at the top).

  • CAUTION: Don't rely on Drafter's Choice materials as a substitute for legal advice; ask your lawyer if they're right for your situation, and use at your own risk.
